Once we understand your unique goals, we’ll create an offer (also known as Letter of Intent) that brings our mutual vision to life. The Letter of Intent will establish purchase price, real estate terms, tailored business solutions, and, if you’d like, your employment arrangement.

Grow

Once you officially join Innovetive Petcare, we’ll work with you for a smooth post-purchase transition. The sale will be made official, complete with a closing date and legal agreements for your attorney to review, and we’ll also have weekly meetings with our integration and operations teams. Once the purchase agreement is signed, we’ll send your funds via wire transfer.
