INNOVETIVE PETCARE ACQUIRES CHISHOLM TRAIL VETERINARY CLINIC, PC

Innovetive Petcare, a Texas-based company that owns and operates veterinary practices throughout the U.S., today announced it acquired the veterinary management assets of Chisholm Trail Veterinary Clinic. The practice provides superior veterinary care and customer service from four Central Texas locations in New Braunfels, Lockhart, Luling, and Gonzales.

Dr. Steven Golla, founder of Chisholm Trail Veterinary Clinic, received his veterinary degree from Texas A&M and returned to the greater San Antonio area to begin his practice. By providing quality care and exceptional customer service, Dr. Golla was able to develop his mixed-animal practice to encompass four locations. Chisholm Trail Veterinary Clinic now has seven veterinarians practicing with Dr. Golla and serves both large animal and pet clientele.

An active member of the community, Dr. Golla is an advocate for veterinarians and large animal veterinary services. He serves on the Executive Board of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and is the past Chairman of the Lockhart Chamber of Commerce. In joining Innovetive Petcare, Dr. Golla says, “Our practice growth has been awesome. However, we needed a professional skill set to keep up with the growth and practice management. Chisholm Trail Veterinary Clinic expands Innovetive Petcare’s presence in Texas and marks Innovetive’s first mixed animal practice.
