IPC Welcomes Landisville Animal Hospital in Pennsylvania
Sixty or so miles southwest of Philadelphia lies Lancaster County, sometimes nicknamed the Garden Spot of America. An area rich in history, education and home to over a half million Pennsylvania residents. This is where we will find Innovetive Petcare’s newest partner, Landisville Animal Hospital.
Landisville Animal Hospital has been providing exceptional patient care to the community since its inception in 1987. The hospital has a mission of being a practice that excels at consistent care for patients, communication with clients, mutual respect and compassion with coworkers, and comprehensive training for both new and current employees. And the team must be doing something right, as this AAHA-accredited hospital has been voted among the Best of Lancaster County consistently every year dating back to 2015!
Drs. Douple, Corey and Keller engaged with the team at Monarch Business Consulting to help them navigate finding a partner for their business. Being at different stages in each of their respective careers, it was important to find a partner that could help facilitate a growth strategy and an exit strategy simultaneously, while continuing to put an emphasis on staff development and not losing sight of what they had worked so hard to build.
