Introducing The First-Annual Innovettys
During Innovetive Petcare’s 2021 Fall Virtual Leadership Summit, our Human Resources department unveiled the first-ever Innovetty Awards!
The Innovetty’s seek to shine a spotlight on those individuals throughout our company who demonstrate the qualities and characteristics that help our clinics succeed on a daily basis, both individually and collectively.
Naturally, each category was named after the dog breed which most captured its essence. Our winners for each category were as follows:
Golden Retriever: Renee Hensley, Veterinary Technician Supervisor, Animal Emergency and Specialty – Knoxville – Golden Retriever Award recognizes that individual who is caring, outgoing, and trustworthy. This person takes joy in getting to know all those they work with and is universally loved and admired.
Boxer: Megan Stoffregen, Veterinary Technician Supervisor, Cahaba Valley Animal Clinic – Boxer Award goes to the loyal team member who lives, eats, breathes for the practice. They are first to defend, come to the rescue of, and promote their practice. When they talk about their practice, people want to join in.
Frenchie: Dr. Kelsey Wallace, Elmore Road Veterinary Clinic – Frenchie Award goes to the person we look to for fun. The workday flies by because they make work more enjoyable. Staff naturally gravitate toward them because of the energy they have and inspire in others.
Pit Bull: Nicci Maltry, Veterinary Technician Supervisor, Carolina Animal Specialty and Emergency – Pit Bull Award is for the goal-oriented in the group. They set goals, create a plan, and work diligently to achieve them. To this individual, challenges are simply future accomplishments!
Husky: Angie Adams, Client Services Supervisor, Animal Hospital of Lewisville – Husky Award goes to the person who you don’t have to ask to be there for you, they just are. They are intuitive to their team’s needs and continuously have the “we can go the distance” attitude.
Bordie Collie: Kadie Jensen, Veterinary Technician Supervisor, Animal Emergency and Specialty Hospital – Chattanooga – Border Collie Award is for that team member who goes above and beyond in their service. They take up new tasks without being asked and regularly look for innovative ways to work more efficiently.
Best in Show: Melissa Haveman, Medical Director, Chisholm Trail Veterinary Clinic of Lockhart – Best in Show Award recognizes the practice manager who embodies qualities from each of the other six awards. They set the example for their practices and spearhead their team towards success.
Best in Show: Trey Knowles, Director of Operations, Metro Paws Animal Hospitals – Best in Show Award recognizes the practice manager who embodies qualities from each of the other six awards. They set the example for their practices and spearhead their team towards success.
Congrats again to everyone nominated! We look forward to recognizing more of our talent during future events.
